Construction of a five-unit town-home project located in downtown Boulder’s Pearl Street district.

These high-end units included a detached parking structure with individual garages, rooftop patios, private backyards and various premium finishes throughout.

This project was delivered via a design-assist pre-construction effort followed by a fast construction effort. The hurdles of the project included a tight site and very stringent street closure requirements for material delivery throughout the project. This zero lay down site required just in time delivery and thorough coordination efforts throughout.
