Project Description

This project consists of a roughly 123,306 SF core and shell, concrete, tilt-up, warehouse building.

There is no tenant finish within the scope, only the new construction of the shell of the warehouse. This project had a relatively tight schedule that ended up finishing at 201 days.

Strategy
The biggest hurdle in this project is the tight schedule. Additionally, it had been a relatively snowy spring here in Colorado so the snow and cold also added slightly to any delay in schedule. The original schedule was 187 days and our team finished at 201 days, even with the intense weather delays.
