Strategy
This project was a design-bid-build delivery so Symmetry Builders, Inc.’s involvement was not until late in the design process. Regardless, Symmetry was able to engage with ALLRED and provide nearly $500,000 in value engineering to bring the project to the owner’s budget. Although there were some value added changes during the construction process, these changes were minimized through providing minimal cost solutions as well as offsetting cost through other scopes to maintain the project budget.
