Project Description

Symmetry has officially set its first modular project!

This design-build modular multifamily project consists of roughly 53,000 square feet of workforce housing to support working-class families in Breckenridge, CO. Symmetry was onboarded as the primary point of contact for the project hiring both EVstudio for A/E services, Fading West for modular fabrication, and ProSet for set & stitch of the modular units.

Strategy

This project required a great deal of expert coordination between the modular factory, transport company, and box set subcontractor for efficient procurement and setting of modular boxes. The Symmetry Modular team has maintained a timely schedule and this project will wrap up in December of 2023.
