A Swiss-born entrepreneur with a background that spans continents and cultures, Henry has over 30 years of international construction experience. He holds degrees in Architecture and Engineering and a master’s degree in Project Management and Development, supported by practical apprenticeships in masonry and concrete construction. His expertise in urban construction and commitment to client collaboration have established Symmetry as a leader in creating positive built environments. Henry describes himself as a “businessman by day and hippie and deadhead by night.” He is passionate about travel and cultural exploration and maintains an unwavering belief that nothing is impossible.

Andy is Co-founder and President of The Symmetry Companies, leveraging over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Since co-founding Symmetry in 2011, he has been instrumental in defining the company’s culture and operational strategies. A graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management, Andy started his career as a field engineer in the commercial sector, gaining hands-on experience that informs his leadership today. Known for his track record of excellence and innovation, he is dedicated to advancing the company’s mission of delivering high-quality construction solutions across a wide range of projects.

Cole is a second-generation general contractor and developer who has completed over 3 million square feet of construction, with 1 million square feet representing more than $250 million in mixed-use urban infill specifically. Based in Bozeman, MT, he leads the Symmetry Development and Preconstruction teams, meeting the unique demands for infill development in growing communities throughout the Mountain West. Cole received a BS in Construction Management from North Dakota State University and holds a Class A license to build high-rise structures.

T.Jay is a seasoned professional with a diverse background that includes college baseball, land development, and construction. Raised in Wyoming, he had a notable baseball career being drafted by the Oakland Athletics. After shifting his focus to residential construction in 2005, T.Jay founded Tcon Specialty Builders, which is now part of the Symmetry family. T.Jay prioritizes client experience in his construction approach, striving to make the process enjoyable and low stress. As the leader of all residential projects, he enhances Symmetry’s expertise in restoration and specialized construction. Raised in Wyoming, T.Jay loves anything outdoors with his family, playing and coaching sports with his wife and daughters, and fly fishing.

Jack, VP of Field Operations, brings over 15 years of construction management experience to Symmetry. With a degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska, Jack has overseen the successful completion of more than 2 million square feet of complex construction projects across the Front Range. His portfolio includes commercial buildings, multifamily projects, specialty tilt-ups, and fire stations. Jack’s leadership ensures the successful implementation of construction activities across all Symmetry projects. His background in college football has instilled a strong work ethic and team-oriented approach. Outside of work, Jack is spending time with family, archery hunting, smoking meat, and watching sports.

Erin brings over 35 years of financial expertise to her role as VP of Finance & Administration at Symmetry. Starting out with a prototype development firm, her career has evolved to comprehensive financial management for large-scale construction projects. Erin’s strategic oversight has been crucial in managing finances for over $500 million worth of construction initiatives. Her leadership ensures Symmetry’s financial operations support the company’s growth and efficiency across its diverse project portfolio. A lifelong resident of Boulder County, Erin has deep local ties and is a proud mother of two grown daughters – one a military veteran and the other studying clinical psychology.
