Summit County Fire & EMS

Our Portfolio
Project Description

This project consisted of the construction of a two-story administration building for Summit Fire and EMS.

The building was constructed using traditional building materials i.e. steel frame with concrete decks and CMU stair/elevator cores. The building includes roughly 22 offices, two conference rooms, a large board meeting room, and a display area for an antique fire engine.

Strategy
Due to the location, it was imperative to get critical site infrastructure and the building slab in prior to winter hitting. If we were unable to get these items complete before winter hit, the project would have become very difficult and costly to complete through the winter months
